When our son Carlon was born on a January night in 2026, breathwork became more than a technique — it became the way we stayed grounded together.

We couldn't find an app that matched what breathing actually feels like. So we built one during night shifts — testing thousands of haptic patterns to find the perfect rhythm for every breath.

One night, the family was asleep. I put CARLON on the lowest haptic level — barely there, just a whisper on my wrist. Coherence breathing, 5.5 breaths per minute. Yes — CARLON is designed as a Watch-first experience. Haptic guidance, Double Tap, and wrist-based biometrics all require it. The iPhone companion provides session history, insights, and the Breath Composer. Requires Apple Watch Series 4 or later with watchOS 11.
Is there really no subscription?

Does it work with HealthKit?
Yes. CARLON writes Mindful Minutes to Apple Health and captures live heart rate during sessions. You get real session RMSSD, HR sparklines, dive reflex detection, and HR Range tracking.
